You May Lose Your Warranty If…

You may have heard that solar panels come with a 25-year product warranty, solar inverters with a 10- year product warranty, and batteries with a 10-year product warranty.

But did you know that end customers CANNOT claim these warranties directly?

How Do Warranties Really Work?

A solar power system is a complex electrical setup, and like any system, failures can happen. So, what do you do if your solar panel, inverter, or battery breaks down? Would you:

  A. Contact the product manufacturer directly and hope they handle the issue?

  B. Contact a solar company to fix it?

If you choose A, unfortunately, the manufacturer will say “sorry we can’t help you” – because they didn’t sell you the product directly.

The correct answer is B. However, if the original solar company is no longer in business, you’ll have to find and pay another company for repairs each time an issue arises. This can be costly and may even result in additional damage to your property.

Why a Reliable Solar Company Matters

Your solar company’s longevity is directly linked to the long-term reliability of your system. If your solar provider disappears, your warranty and service support might disappear too.

At Aussie Hybrid Solar, we’ve been in the solar industry since 2009, consistently delivering high-quality solutions and customer support. We understand the real importance of long-term reliability and are committed to building a lasting partnership with you.
